We usually have misunderstanding between the friends in our real life, that will cause troubles, and that is not good for our lives. In this research report, I will talk about how to solute these two problems through becoming and effective communicator and develop the intercultural communication skills. There two section in this research report, one is determine the ways to communicate effectively and solve the problem to evaluate the first theoretical topic, the other one is determine the ways to develop the intercultural communication and solve the problem to evaluate the second theoretical topic.
